PUMPED!

Did 30 mins bike. Then 30 mins walking at a really fast pace on the treadmill. (hey, I'm working up to a full jog) I just need to get this body weight down and my bones will cooperate more willingly.

UPDATE!

I can get up to 60 mins on the elliptical before the old fat people start giving me the stare of death. :erkel:

Weight is down, energy is up. Current weight: 240. Been hovering around this for the past month though, so I'm going to hit it hard this month and see if I can't squeeze out another 10lbs by end of the year. :woot:
